  • Test series is accessed
  • Any test is attempted
  • Content is unlocked

3.2 Eligible Refund Cases

Refund may be granted only if:

  • Duplicate payment is made
  • Payment deducted but access not provided within 48 hours
  • Technical error confirmed from our side

3.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of preparation time
  • Poor performance in tests
  • Accidental purchase
  • Device compatibility issues
  • Internet connectivity problems
